Ashley Clayborn is a health and wellness professional and business owner specializing in personal training, performance coaching, and holistic well-being. With a background in kinesiology and exercise science, Ashley helps clients improve strength, mobility, and overall health through intentional, results-driven training.
As the owner of her own wellness business, Ashley works one-on-one with clients to design personalized fitness programs tailored to individual goals, abilities, and lifestyles. Her approach emphasizes proper movement, injury prevention, accountability, and sustainable habits supporting long-term physical and mental wellness rather than short-term results.
Ashley’s experience includes leadership and coaching roles in high-performance and group fitness environments, including D1 Training and Orangetheory Fitness, where she developed and led individualized and group-based training programs. She is known for creating supportive, motivating environments that empower clients to build confidence, consistency, and strength.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Arkansas State University, where she was also a collegiate athlete. Her work is grounded in kinesiology, holistic health principles, and relational coaching, allowing her to meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting wellness.
